Do you supply a catalog?
No .... Because we are continully updating our website, with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Most orders take 5 -7 business days for delivery. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us once your order has been shipped.

What shipping method do you use?
We utilize USPS, Canada Post or EMS. All shipments are sent with a tracking #

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the Postal Service - Express Post - EMS Courier
Delivery time is 5-10 days.

Do you sell wholesale?
We offer discounts on orders over 5 bags.

What is Your Return Policy ?
Customer Satisfaction is a Priority !

If  there is a problem....please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. A Return Authorization # will be issued. All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and MUST be sent with Signature Confirmation to our address. We will accept returns for up to 7 days only.

Defects: In the rare event ...the item you receive is defective, We will replace the item Immediately upon Receipt of  the returned item.
