RETURN PROCEDURE
Please contact us VIA EMAIL within 24 hours of receipt....stating your concern.
A Return Authorisation # will be issued and must be stated on the package.
Items returned without a Return Authorisation # ...will be refused and returned to you.
A refund or exchange will be offered upon Receipt of the Returned item which must be returned to us .... Unused with all tags, accessories & original packaging.
Returned item Must be shipped within 3 days via Courier with a tracking # ... trackable online..... at the Buyers expense.
We do NOT accept COD Shipments
As a Buyer... it is your responsibility to ask all questions Before buying.
Refunds are subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
Original Shipping and Return Shipping are not Refundable.
Actual Shipping cost will be deducted on ALL Returns and where there has been a Free Shipping offer.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments are NOT REFUNDABLE ....
CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled Orders are Subject to a 10% of the total amount cancellation fee, if the order has not shipped.
PRODUCT DEFECT
Please advise of of any defects Upon Receipt of your item.
We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt as noted by our delivery system.
(receive date is based on our carrier's tracking system)
A photograph of the defect must be supplied.
Product is Inspected and photographed before shipping so it is rare that defective item will be shipped.
In the unlikely event of receiving a wrong order ,
please notify us within 24 Hours of receipt of item (as noted by our carrier's tracking system)
A photograph of the incorrect item must be supplied.
Item must be returned and the correct item will be shipped immediately upon receipt.
