We ship worldwide via USPS, Canada Post & EMS International
All Shipments are sent with tracking and available for online viewing.

Your purchase will be delivered directly by courier to your door and requires a signature from receiver

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided an incorrect shipping address. Reshipment charge will apply for reshipment.

We are NOT responsible if you fail to retrieve your item after notice is left by the postal service.If reshipment is needed you will need to pay for shipment.  We do Not cover reshipment costs due to neglect on customers part on retrieving item from postal service.  Notices are left and it is the customers sole responsibility to obtain package from post office after notice is left.

Processing Time will depend on your payment verification procedure.

MOST OF OUR ITEMS SHIP OUT USUALLY WITHIN 2-3 Business Days.  Occasionally there can be delays due to an overload of orders.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the US and  7-10 business days for international delivery, however, in most cases your order will arrive sooner.

Please note discounted orders do require additional processing time due to order verification and packaging.

Refusal or Non-Delivery:
Any item refused, not signed for or returned as non-deliverable due to failure to pick up package is not our responsibility and the customer is still liable for purchase per our terms and agreement.

Please contact your local post office if you have delivery issues, we cannot control the Postal Service once we relinquish the package to them.

Credit Card Fraud

Due to strict verification practises... the name, address and security code on your card must be an exact match and must match the information on your billing statement. Please be sure to put the Exact name as it appears on your card with middle initials and correct billing address that is registered with your bank and correct security code (CVV).

If any of this information is not verified your order will be declined and cannot be processed.

All fraudulent orders are reported to the Credit Card Company , Post Office AND the Authorities.
